    As a manufacturer or operator of valves and fittings that are used in contact with liquid or gaseous hydrocarbons or their condensates, or with cold or hot water, you are certainly interested in protecting these components against wear.

    With its good adhesion to surfaces and resistance to media, NONTROP GB 3 G is not susceptible to washout and therefore helps extend the operable time of your valves and fittings. In addition, the solid lubricants contained support smooth component operation.

    • NONTROP GB 3 G is preferably used for the lubrication of valves and fittings as well as in chemical systems and equipment requiring good resistance to various media. The product's high pressureabsorption capacity and consistent friction values over a wide temperature range ensure constant actuation forces in these applications.
    • With its specific performance characteristics, NONTROP GB 3 G offers versatile uses. Its most obvious applications are in the field of
    • DRILLING, COMPLETION and PRODUCTION. For optimum lubrication results, we recommend cleaning the friction points with white spirit 180/210, alcohol or Klüber Summit
    • Varnasolv. For initial lubrication, the friction points should ideally be clean and bright, i.e. free from oil, grease, perspiration and contamination. To optimise the service life of your equipment or if you have any other questions regarding your application, our experts will be pleased to help you.
