ch 2-140

Minimising equipment downtime and maintenance effort are among the top priorities for any wood-based panel producing plant.

Keeping the bending rods/bolts or chain carpet system clean and smoothly running is one of the keys to failure-free press operation. Klübertherm CH 2-140 has improved thermal stability and load carrying capacity, which enables it to provide good wear protection for bending rods/bolts, rollers and chains during normal production. At the same time, the cleaning additives in the oil dissolve/suspend the pasty residues and flush them away from the lubrication point, thus providing a good cleaning effect without disturbing the production schedule.

Correct and timely use of the cleaning oil allows you to minimise your maintenance effort otherwise required for cleaning the roller rods and replacing the bending rods/bolts.

  • Klübertherm CH 2-140 is used for cleaning chains, bending rods/bolts and chain carpet systems on continuous wood-based panel presses. Klübertherm CH 2-140 is particularly suitable for presses such as: Siempelkamp, Dieffenbacher, Küsters, etc. Klübertherm CH 2-140 can also be used in other industries for cleaning/lubricating drive, control and conveyor chains operating at high temperatures.
  • Klübertherm CH 2-140 is applied on chains, chain carpets or bending rods/bolts manually and/or via automatic lubrication systems. The cleaning procedure can be carried out in the normal working regime as long as the temperature in the lubrication point does not exceed 250 °C.
  • Reduced maintenance effort due to good cleaning effect
  • Reduced maintenance downtime as cleaning procedure is performed during production process
