COPAL OLG 2

COPAL OGL 2 is formulated for use in open gears where an NLGI 2 rating is generally required.
COPAL OGL 2 can be used in Jack Hammer Grease application.
COPAL OGL 2; It can be used as preparation oil for furnace and mill gears.
COPAL OGL 2 is used for highly loaded plain bearings operating under the most severe conditions (impacts, heavy loads, excess water…) or in applications where a very adhesive grease is needed.

Excellent adhesion, very good resistance to repeated impact movements and heavy loads. COPAL OGL 2 provides high protection against wear on gears and plain bearings and extends equipment life.
COPAL OGL 2 contains solid lubricants that reduce the coefficient of friction, prevent wear at the top and bottom of the teeth, and reduce energy consumption.
It performs well in places where water is present, even under high pressure.
COPAL OGL 2 does not contain lead or heavy metals that could harm human health and the environment.

Preferably use a pneumatic pump system. COPAL OGL 2 can be applied manually using brushes or other suitable tools. For optimum lubrication, a good cleaning of the tools is recommended.
