ALTIS HV 1

ALTIS HV 1 is a high temperature and high viscosity lubricating grease based on mineral oil and polyurea thickener.
It is especially suitable for the lubrication of continuous casting flowers, wood pellet mills and other low speed, high temperature and high load applications.
If the grease is used in a central lubrication system, operating temperatures up to 200°C are allowed.

Excellent resistance to water.
Very good adhesion to metals.
Excellent oxidation resistance.
Excellent stainless and anti-corrosion properties.
Compatibility with many common soaps.
Can be easily injected and pumped in central systems
ALTIS HV 1 does not contain lead or heavy metals that could harm human health and the environment.

Always avoid contamination of the grease with dust or dirt during application. Preferably use a pneumatic pump system or cartridges.
