Special grease that provides lubrication and sealing for valves and fittings.

Klübersynth V 94-751 is a newly developed lubricant for users or manufacturers of valves and fittings. It is formulated with special synthetic base oil components and a highly polar calcium complex soap thickener. The combination of additives ensures the formation of a lubricating film even at very low (e.g. repetitive) speeds. Additionally, Klübersynth V 94-751 shows high performance under low and high loads and with varying amounts of sliding friction and when used with many different component materials.

Klübersynth V 94-751 provides good adhesion to various materials and their surfaces. Even friction points in narrow lubrication gaps are reliably lubricated, while the lubricant does not tend to flow through components with a difficult geometry, vertical planes or moving friction points.

The lubricating film offers high thermal stability in the tribosystem even under the influence of harsh environmental conditions. For use in gas equipment and actuators, it meets the highest lubricant operating temperature requirements up to 140°C according to 377 class D.

  • Klübersynth V 94-751 offers versatile use as a design element or assembly aid.
  • The product is used in all categories of gas equipment, including additional fittings that may come into contact with, or are intended to be fitted to, fuel gases as defined in EN 377. It is used as a lubricant, lubricant and sealant.
  • Such fittings are used in cooking and heating installations (copper/copper, aluminum/brass or aluminum/aluminum alloy material pairings) used with fuel gases or gas mixtures such as natural gas such as propane and butane or city gas, as specified in the DVGW G260 operating table. Includes cone plug and other valves.
  • You can also use Klübersynth V 94-751 for technical staff where improved sliding performance and/or wear reduction is desired. O-ring seals and sealing sleeves may also be used as slips and sealants in laboratories (due to the product's relatively good chemical resistance to aliphatic hydrocarbons) or for the lubrication of valves in apparatus or equipment associated with the chemical industry or oil and gas exploration.

Longer equipment life:

  • It offers good low temperature behavior and very good thermal stability.
  • It is neutral towards polar elastomers such as NBR/NBR.
  • It offers excellent corrosion protection.
  • It shows neutral behavior towards aluminum and brass materials.
  • It provides good resistance to caustic gases according to DVGW G 260.

Ease of use and prevention of stick-slip formation:

  • It depends on the low temperature of the lubricant film.
  • It offers very good and durable lubrication ability at friction points.
  • Provides less friction and wear in a wide range of possible material combinations.

It has a DIN-DVGW-type examination certificate according to DIN EN 377 class D (… 140 °C) for use as lubricants in equipment and actuators for fuel gases.
