klubersynth v 64-300

Klübersynth V 64-300 is a special lubricating grease based on a synthetic oil with a low content of silicone oil and an inorganic thickener.

This product complies with the BWGL-KTW (UBA-guideline) and it has a high load-carrying capacity and excellent wetting properties. With more than 500 000 load cycles at a closing force of 2.5 Nm, Klübersynth V 64-300 reveals its excellent lubricating properties on the test rig for head parts based on Euro standard DIN EN 200 (required endurance: 200 000 load cycles).

Klübersynth V 64-300 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of Klübersynth V 64-300 can contribute to increase reliability of your production processes. We nevertheless recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.

  • TYPHORIA PG; It is a new generation grease developed to be used in premium connections of pipes and external materials that do not contain heavy metal content. Tifora PG is specifically designed for carbon alloy steel and 13Cr connections. Also available for API and semi-premium connections.
  • It can be used instead of API molding oil, which contains heavy metals. (containing lead)
  • It can be used, for example, in offshore drilling where protection against surface deterioration is required.
  • TIFORA PG is a good alternative thanks to its anti-corrosion feature in Offshore, Marine and shipyard equipment exposed to sea water.
  • It should never be exposed to dirt and dust while applying grease. Please take API RP 5C1 recommendations into consideration when using it.
