    Klüberpaste ME 31-52 is a white/beige colored lubricant paste containing mineral base oil, calcium complex soap and inorganic solid lubricants.
    In addition to being generally applied as an assembly paste, it offers benefits especially on friction points that show small movements under high static and dynamic loads.

    • Klüberpaste ME 31-52 can be used for the assembly of friction connections such as annular springs or separate conical sleeves and positive connections such as bearing housings, profiled guides.
    • The product has been particularly successful in lubricating clamping mirrors. High precision and constant clamping forces are essential requirements for chucks. Any reduction in clamping force may cause tools or workpieces to loosen.
    • Klüberpaste ME 31-52 improves the sliding behavior of moving mirror components, ensures good transmission of clamping forces and can therefore be used in all types of mirrors, such as sliding, cam and spiral mirrors.
    • Due to the raw materials used, Klüberpaste ME 31-52 complies with the current chemicals law. It prevents stick-slip in friction or positive connections and protects against tribo and fretting corrosion.
    • Before use, thoroughly clean and degrease the surfaces.
    • Then apply the paste in a thin, sticky layer with a brush or a non-fraying cloth (do not rub).
    • It offers low lubrication costs for initial lubrication and re-lubrication thanks to its thin oil film.
    • Good wear and corrosion resistance ensures reduced assembly forces and screw torques and prevents fretting corrosion.
    • The high pressure absorption capacity ensures high clamping forces, ensuring suitably fixed tools and workpieces in machine tool chucks.
