    Klübertec CM 6-100 is based on a concept that combines high lubricity with easy cleaning and weldability of cold-formed parts with excellent anti-corrosion properties and robust workplace safety. Thanks to the oil's high lubricating properties, it can be applied in small quantities, allowing the wash bath to last longer before needing to be replaced. Since Klübertec CM 6-100 is water-soluble, cold-formed parts are much easier to clean. Enhanced workplace safety for the user as the product complies with 'sec. guidelines' (H1 approved \"unwanted contact with food\") providing a safer working environment thanks to compliance. This is also an added benefit when the product is used to make packaging for pharmaceuticals or food Other features include high flash as well as good compatibility with copper.

    Klübertec CM 6 oils can be used in many cold forming applications, as well as in drilling and drawing applications of thin and thick metal plates. Application examples;

    Aluminum or aluminum alloys (see application notes), non-ferrous metals, steel or stainless steel

    • Forming under tensile or compressive stresses, e.g. rolling, deep drawing.
    • For bending operations, hydro-forming.
    • Serial cutting operations.

    • More stable process, e.g. The wastage rate is lower thanks to its high load carrying capacity and easy use with normal immersion systems.
    • Complies with FDA 21 CFR §178.3570. It provides a safer working environment thanks to its compliance with H1 approved "unwanted contact with food situations".
    • Since it is a water-soluble product, it is easy to clean.
    • 72 NBR 902, 75 FKM 585 and 75 FKM 170055 seals are resistant to Klübertec CM 6 oils.
