    Semi-synthetic air compressor oils for oil change intervals up to 5,000 operating hours.

    Klüber Summit PS oils are air compressor oils based on hydrogenated mineral oil, synthetic ester oil and additives. Klüber Summit PS oils are miscible with mineral oils and synthetic hydrocarbons, but not with oils based on polyglycol.

    • Klüber Summit PS oils are specially formulated for screw and piston compressors. They are used to increase oil change intervals in screw compressors up to 5,000 operating hours.
    • Klüber Summit PS oils can be used in compressors that have previously operated with ordinary mineral oils. These oils are neutral to many elastomers and seals in air compressors; In this way, leakage is not expected to occur.
    • Klüber Summit PS oils are preferred in cases where the desired oil change intervals cannot be achieved when using mineral oil and where fully synthetic oils are expensive and are not economical due to lower annual operating hours.
    • Klüber Summit PS 100 is used specifically for turbo compressors, while Klüber Summit PS 300 and 400 are specially formulated for reciprocating compressors.
    • Klüber Summit PS oils offer good oxidation stability with their synthetic-based content, thus minimizing oxidation residue in the compressor and extending the operating life of filters and separators by extending oil change intervals. Special inhibitors contained in the oil keep the inside of the compressors clean and provide high efficiency.
    • Low maintenance and operating costs due to oil change intervals up to 5,000 operating hours inoil-injected screw-type compressors
    • Easier compressor oil changeover due to neutral behaviour of oils towards seals
    • Good soil dissolving capacity, clean oil circuit due to the ester content in the oil, reduction of cleaning costs
