KLUBERFETT ZS 07 N

Depending on the operating temperature, Klüberfett ZS 07 N can be easily used in manual lubrication and central lubrication. In the tests, it was observed that the grease showed high adhesion and water resistance even under static and dynamic loads. It can be used for the lubrication of rolling bearings that are lubricated by central lubrication systems and exposed to high temperatures up to 200°C. Klüberfett ZS 07 N can be used safely in the following industrial applications and similar:

pellet presses
ceramic industry
dryers

Klüberfett ZS 07 N can be applied using a spatula, brush or grease gun. To apply with automatic lubrication systems, pumpability should be checked before use. If the manufacturing process does not allow cleaning, we recommend that the existing grease be removed by displacement during relubrication. Excessive lubrication should be avoided. Friction points can be cleaned with standard cleaning agents.

Thanks to the high viscosity of the base oil it contains, its load carrying ability is high.
It provides long-lasting lubrication thanks to its excellent anti-wear feature.
Water and steam resistance is high.
It provides excellent lubrication at temperatures up to 180°C.
