    Needle roller grease.

    ISOFLEX NBU 15 is a high speed grease with good pressure absorption capacity. It consists of a combination of ester oil, synthetic hydrocarbon oil and mineral oil and barium complex soap. It provides good protection against wear and corrosion and is resistant to water, environmental influences and oxidation.

    • ISOFLEX NBU 15 is primarily used for high speed bearings and needle roller bearings in textile machinery and machinery equipment. It is also used as a long-life grease in ball screws and gear spindles operating under high loads, cable car bearings and precision mechanical parts. It is also used to lubricate the tooth sides of precision gears. (For example, bevel gears in milling machines, electromechanical valve actuators).
    • ISOFLEX NBU 15 can be applied with brush, spatula, grease gun and grease cartridge. Due to the large number of elastomer and plastic compositions, we recommend checking the compatibility of the material with the lubricant.
    • It has been tried and tested for many years, especially for high speed applications.
    • Provides longer equipment life thanks to optimized wear protection and good pressure absorption capacity.
    • Thanks to its high anti-corrosion additives, it protects bearings against premature failure and minimizes repair costs, as well as providing excellent resistance to water and environmental effects.
    • It offers low internal bearing temperature thanks to low oil friction, which provides longer operating life.
    • It ensures uninterrupted machine operation thanks to its good pumpability and metering in central lubrication systems.
